• Pengaruh Model Latihan Target Terhadap Akurasi Shooting Atlet Futsal Vamos Academy Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat The problem in this study is the low shooting accuracy of futsal athletes Vamos Academy in Padang City, West Sumatra. This research aims to determine the effect of the target training model on the shooting accuracy of Vamos Academy futsal athletes in Padang City, West Sumatra. This study used an experimental method with the design of "One Group Pre-test and Post-test Design". The population in this study was Vamos Academy Kota Padang futsal athletes totaling 16 athletes, who were taken using the total sampling technique. The research instrument used is a shooting test. Data analysis and testing of research hypotheses using t-test analysis techniques with a significant level of α = 0.05. The results showed that there was an increase in shooting accuracy of Vamos Academy futsal athletes in Padang City before and after target training. The occurrence of an increase from the initial test and the final test with an average score = an initial test average of 7.38 and an average score of 11.81. Based on the results of the hypothesis test analysis, a count of 3.825 > ttable 1.745 was obtained with a significant level of α = 0.05 and n = 16. Based on the results of this study, the target training model affects the shooting accuracy of futsal athletes Vamos Academy Koata Padang, West Smuatera. Keywords: Target Practice, Shooting Accuracy

• articel Pengaruh Latihan Tepukan Dribbel Terhadap Kemampuan Dribbling Pemain Futsal Putri SMA 1 Ranah Pesisir This study focuses on the lack of dribbling skills possessed by female futsal athletes from SMA Negeri 1 Ranah Pesisir. The aim of this research is to reveal the effect of dribbling training on the players' dribbling abilities. The research method applied was experimental, with 20 participants selected from the population of female futsal athletes at SMA Negeri 1 Ranah Pesisir using a purposive sampling technique. Of the number of participants, 12 of them were taken as research samples. Data was collected through a ball dribbling test without obstacles and analyzed using a statistical test of the calculated mean difference (t-test) with a significance level of α = 0.05. The research results showed that dribbling training had a significant effect on improving the dribbling abilities of female futsal athletes from SMA Negeri 1 Ranah Pesisir, as indicated by the t-count value of 28.937, exceeding the t-table value of 2.201 at the significance level α = 0.05.
