TINJAUAN AKTIVITAS FISIK DAN KEMAMPUAN MOTORIK ANAK SUNGAI PISANG

Abstract

This research started from the unknown physical activity and motor skills of banana creeks. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical activity and motor skills of banana creeks. This type of research is descriptive. The population in this study were children from Sungai Pisang Village, Bungus Teluk Kabung District, Padang City. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, which determines children aged 9-12 years, totaling 20 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by throwing a basketball test, 4 second sprint, passing the ball to the wall, long jump without a prefix and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. From the data analysis, the following results were obtained: 1) the motor skills of 20 children, 1 child in the very good category, 8 in the good category, 9 in the moderate category, 1 in the poor category, 1 in the very poor category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the motor skills of Sungai Pisang children are in the medium category.
