Strategi Pengembangan Olahraga Rekreasi di Objek Wisata Batu Biduak Kecamatan IV Jurai Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of developing recreational sports in Batu Biduak tourist attraction, District IV jurai South Pesisir Regency. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Technical data analysis is data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification, and data triangulation. Research shows that the strategy of developing recreational sports in Batu Biduak tourist attractions is the need for cooperation and recreational sports development strategies between local governments, managers, related agencies and local communities, as well as increasing the promotion of Batu Biduak tourist attractions. Batu Biduak Tourism Object has a variety of tourism potential and has its own attraction to be visited by tourists. The facilities and infrastructure that have been available can be used to carry out recreational sports activities. Such as, Camping Ground, Hiking, River Tubing, and Snapling.
