Abstract

This research was conducted based on the problem of not yet knowing the level of satisfaction of

swimming pool visitors, namely the interest of visitors to the Padang State University (UNP) swimming pool. The aim of

this research is to determine and analyze the level of satisfaction of visitors to the Padang State University swimming pool.

The type of research method used is the descriptive method. This research was conducted at the Fik UNP

swimming pool in September 2024. The sampling technique used was identical sampling of 30 people. Swimming pool

satisfaction in this study is divided into 2 indicators, namely product quality and service quality. The research instrument used

was a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics.

The research results show that in the interval x > 96.44 among the 30 respondents there were 2 people (6.67%)

in the very satisfactory category, in the interval 88.81 < x < 96.44 there were 9 people (30%) in the satisfactory category, in

the interval 81.19 < in the interval x ≤ 73.56 there were 2 people (6.67%) in the very unsatisfactory category.
