Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah belum Belum ketahui tingkat kepuasan member terhadap fasilitas dan pelayanan yang disediakan oleh D’ Classic Gym dan D’ Vero Gym. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan member terhadap fasilitas dan pelayanan yang disediakan oleh D’ Classic Gym dan D’ Vero Gym. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah member D’ Classic Gym dan D’ Vero Gym. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh member dan sampel berjumlah 110 member yaitu 55 member D’Classic dan 55 member D’Vero. Penelitian ini dilakukan di D’ Classic Gym dan D’ Vero Gym. Metode pemilihan informan menggunakan metode no probabilitas sampling menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik accidental sampling pada penelitian ini adalah member finess yang dijumpai saat dilakukan penggumpulan data. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan member fitness terhadap fasiltas dan pelayanan pusat kebugaran di Kota Padang merasa cukup puas. Data menunjukan bahwa rata-rata kepuasan member fitness D’Classic terhadap fasiltas dan pelayanan pusat kebugaran dalam kategori cukup puas. Data menunjukan bahwa rata-rata kepuasan member fitness D’Classic terhadap fasiltas dan pelayanan pusat kebugaran dalam kategori cukup puas.

Analysis of Fitness Member Satisfaction Levels for Fitness Center Facilities and Services in the City of Padang

 

Abstract: The problem in this study is that it is not yet known the level of member satisfaction with the facilities and services provided by D'Classic Gym and D'Vero Gym. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of member satisfaction with the facilities and services provided by D'Classic Gym and D'Vero Gym. The design of this research is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The subjects of this study were members of D'Classic Gym and D'Vero Gym. The population in this study were all members and a sample of 110 members, namely 55 members of D'Classic and 55 members of D'Vero. This research was conducted at D'Classic Gym and D'Vero Gym. The method of selecting informants using the no probability sampling method using accidental sampling technique. The accidental sampling technique in this study was the finess member found during data collection. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and questionnaires. The results showed that the level of satisfaction of fitness members with the facilities and services of fitness centers in the city of Padang was quite satisfied. The data shows that the average satisfaction of D'Classic fitness members with the fitness center facilities and services is in the quite satisfied category. The data shows that the average satisfaction of D'Classic fitness members with the fitness center facilities and services is in the quite satisfied category.
