This study focuses on examining the contribution of front squat, lunges, and clean deadlift training to the development of leg strength among weightlifting athletes. The research employed a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design involving 11 athletes from Family Barbell Club Padang as primary respondents. Leg strength was evaluated using a leg dynamometer before and after the training program. Data analysis included normality, homogeneity, and paired t-test assessments. Findings indicated an improvement in leg muscle performance, with the average score increasing from 87.91 to 92.27. Statistical testing showed a t-value of 5.703, which exceeded the t-table value of 1.812 at a 5% significance level. Therefore, the combination of front squat, lunges, and clean deadlift training proved effective in enhancing leg strength among weightlifting athletes
