MANAJEMEN SARANA DAN PRASARANA OBJEK OLAHRAGA PARIWISATA DI ALINIA PARK AND RESORT KABUPATEN DHARMASRAYA

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the management of facilities and infrastructure for sports tourism objects in Alinia Park and Resort, Dharmasraya Regency, uses human instruments. The method used is qualitative. The data collection tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. This research is evaluation research. The subjects of this research were the local community, managers of the Alinia Park and Resort tourist attraction, and visitors to the Alinia Park and Resort in Dharmasraya Regency. However, the sample only uses purposive sampling, namely a data collection technique with certain considerations in collecting data information. This research was conducted at the Alinia Park and Resort tourist attraction, in Kenagarian Lawai, Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. And the data was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of this research show that overall the management of tourist attractions already has a well-structured management structure. So it has run well. Sports tourism facilities and infrastructure at the Alinia Park and Resort tourist attraction in Dharmasraya Regency can be categorized as having fairly complete and structured facilities and infrastructure. Alinia park and resort also has several cottages with unique views and several rides that are much sought after by visitors. However, there are several obstacles found that make visitors reluctant to visit Alinia Park and Resort, including the location which is quite far from residential areas, and the access road to Alinia Park and Resort is not very good, and if it rains it will be very slippery for the access road to Alinia park and resort. However, there are also many visitors who still want to visit Alinia Park and Resort even though they have to overcome several obstacles, because Alinia Park and Resort is the first and largest tourism sports object in Dharmasraya Regency. So it is not surprising that visitors still want to visit the tourism objects at Alinia Park and Resort.
